Since your other games can't debug, I guess we can ignore game updates so there has to be s.t. with your System Setup. IMO 2 Possible problems:

- Some Windows Update. As you are yet the first to report this, it might be something PC specific. You could check on your recently installed updates if it may has broken s.t.

But I generally think it's more likely that:

- Another Software is causing problems here. Rootkits tend to not let CE start up. So a more specific evaluation might be needed. Tough instead of autoruns i'd rather use tools like Process Monitor from Sysinternals Suite. If you are unsure how to use it, search the web, there are many tut like that.
