Need help as cheat engine is crashing immediately without no error. I open the program and allow admin perms and then it doesn't do anything. On task manager it something pops up when i allow admin perms and then disappears immediately. I am using Windows 7 (don't judge my igpu doesn't support Windows 10 at all)

- Are there any errors in event viewer? (search web if you don't know what it is)
- Is there any anti virus scanner running, have you tried setting CE as exclusion?
- Are you using latest CE (currently 6.8.2) and where did you download it?
- Have you installed any tools that hock on to explorer? (you might not noticed it - check with tools like autoruns or ShellMenuView)
- Make a backup of system, uninstall Cheat Engine using f.e. geekuninstaller/revo uninstaller, (maybe clean registry using tools like ccleaner/glary utilities tough this might breaks other things if you don#t know what u're doing), reinstall latest CE from save source (at best from ce github).

I tried disabling my anti-virus and im using 6.8.2 from cheatengine.org/download.php. Also i dont think that anything has hooked onto explorer.exe, and i just tried reinstalling it completely but it still wont work.

How did you reinstall? A simple deinstall might not clean everything, that's why I recommended these tools. There have been reports that this did help others, it's not some generic advice! See f.e. https://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?p=5249405
There have been also many reports that f.e. dated tools like Alcohol120% or Daemon Tools will prevent startup. ShellMenuView will show you easily what is hooked up on Explorer (alone while Autoruns more like ... everything). Your answer clearly showed you did not check (also because it is very unlikely you don't have shell extensions installed (i have quite some, but non problematic ones)). No one here is a mythical god knowing all the answers, a bit of effort is required. So fire up ShellMenuView and take a look. (it may helps to sort by Company, Microsoft entries can be likely ignored.

Okay, so that should not be it, and ShellMenuView / Sysinternals Autoruns?
EDIT: Also an option, dl https://forums.comodo.com/news-announcements-feedback-cce/comodo-cleanning-essentials-v10006111-is-released-t117974.0.html, extract it, run autoruns in it. Click View - make sure "Hide Trusted Entries" is checked. But that just checks on Comodo's database, if it's know safe. Some safe prog. could still be the fault here. In that case Sysinternals Autoruns might be easier since you can opt to hide Microsoft entries.

On a very easy check I think you can also try to start Cheat Engine in Windows Safe Mode (press F8 before windows starts, if you don't know the spot, press it multiple times, then F4 i believe). If it starts here some Program is at fault.
You mean Sysinternals? Since is not more to do at Comodo's. (dunno if you checked ShellMenuView, but someone else might be interested too):
A) http://nirsoft.net/utils/shell_menu_view.html
Let it expand to full screen, find "Company" row and click it, menu: "View\" tick "Use quick filter", enter microsoft and change last drop-down to hide.., menu: "Options\" check "Hide Standard Menue Items" is ticked, then (move on to C
B) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/sysinternals-suite
At first start click Agree, click "Options", "Scan Options", check "Verify code signatures". You can tick Virustotal Scan too. Again "Options" menu, check "Hide empty locations", "Hide Windows Entries" are set, don't set the others. (move on to C
C) Check for anything that might interfere with Cheat-Engine. Typically you can ignore Audio/Video Extensions, or Notepad & Stuff. Search for software you installed to hack something, or to load images, some system tweaks, stuff like that. Idk what you've got installed so just generic advise here. In Sysinternals Autoruns you can also check for everything that's marked in a supposed to be light-red color. Just shows unsigned software but, it might be an indicator to unwanted software.
D) From there ... either deinstall that software, or if available use it's integrated option to disable shell integration, in ShellMenuView right click you can disable items, in Autoruns (both) you can deselect the checkbox. You can also remove/delete entries in all tools, but be sure you rly want that. Once you're done restart PC and check on Cheat Engine again. At best deactivate all that might be problematic. If Cheat Engine then works, you can re-enable parts like ... enable one half, if it still works, those are safe, else it's under those (except you got more than 1 problematic tools). Narrow it down or just keep all deactivated if you don't need them.

Erm thank you very much for the help but for some reason it started working again today even though I made no changes to any software or hardware.
