And you think they purchased all of those explosives legally too? Give me a break...Gun control laws might prevent a 9 year old from shooting up a school, but the San Bernardino were muslim immigrant terrorists who killed everyone in the name of Jihad. Gun control has no effect on terrorists.

Actually, considering the terrorists immigrated here less than 2 years ago, it sounds like an issue of national security.

Concealed-handgun permits were responsible for 722 deaths over almost eight years. It puts things in context when one realizes there are currently more than 12 million concealed-handgun permits in the U.S.

An annual death toll of 93 would mean that, each year, 0.00078 percent of concealed-carry permit holders were responsible for a shooting death.

Not to mention that California is already the "liberal utopia" when it comes to gun laws.

a good psychopath would slip through the cracks and still deliver untold devastation i was actually surprised to find out that there's such little psychiatric evaluation when it comes to getting a firearm.

Also, in order to keep firearms federally out of the mentally disabled/unstable/ill, you would have to:

1. Legally define what mentally disabled/unstable/ill is. For example, can someone with ADHD be allowed to purchase a gun?

2. Once you legally defined what mentally disabled/unstable/ill is, you have to legally segregate this group of people with Jim Crow-esque laws in order to deny them constitutional rights. (not just the 2nd amendment, but also the 9th and 14th.)

The fact that people are pushing to legally define and segregate the mentally disabled, and denying them their constitutional rights is beyond disgusting to me. This is not a solution to gun crime. This is Jim Crow 2.0.

"No Guns" doesn't mean we are all equal, you couldn't be anymore wrong...

Why do you think we give guns to the police? Guns stop crime.
