You may already have an instance of ceserver running
Alternatively you ran it without root
Or you have an additional security going on that blocks root from binding sockets to the outside (selinux set to enforcing) _________________

the device is rooted... and i tried re-booting it to avoid having two instances running; I haven't understood the third possible problem, could you explain me what I should do please? Thank you
