Seeing the first bit of progress takes at least a month. That's why most people lose their motivation after a month or two. And often overweight people are the first ones to see the result, because they lose fat and gain muscle mass simultaneously. Be sure to post a start and end picture as well, and don't give us bullshit like "Oh this is a picture of two years ago, but that's what I looked like at the beginning". Proper start and end picture.

| i have been exercising a lot more this last month since summer started. i only ride my bike though. ride about 7-10 miles a day on average four or five times a week. just to keep me from feeling lethargic and not feel so weak and exhausted all the time just from walking 5-10 minutes. not trying to lose weight or anything, just keep myself feeling normal.

I bike everywhere and it gave me calves sculpted by the gods, but sadly I put on some serious fat in the belly region over the winter and my arms aren't anything to write home about since I never lift.
Can't afford weights or a gym, what do?
I once had a 6 pack from pilates, but that's all core stuff, what do I do for arms?
Will floor-shoves and bar-gropes be sufficient?

Go to a playground and start doing whatever exercies that are plausible, curls of all sorts, dips, chins. You don't need a gym to work out.
Oh, and if you don't work out other muscles and only focus on arms you'll look shit anyway considering you'll look unproportional as fuck.

I work out for about a month, then get bored or lose motivation or something and stop working out for a month, then come back to it, then stop, then come back, etc...
I've had very little progress because of it (I think). But at least I'm not fat.

Proper start and end picture. | I kept it up for two weeks until I notticed I needed to eat more (kinda hard when you're not really hungry)
tbh i could barely sleep last nite cuz of a bigmac + half a giant taco i ate during the day, keeping it up isnt hard imo, there's some pretty good procastination tips around
im postin pics of me rite now, something just arrived ill post today or tommorrow
TheIndianGuy: I walk 15+ mins a day, not a lot, sometimes I like taking long walks (1hour or so nonstop) once/twice a week or so, I'm dropping it tho

| I've been working out on mondays, wednesdays, fridays. Aside from that I run on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. I've been doing this 9 weeks in a row now, and the progress is slowing down significantly. I'm contemplating solely lifting, stopping TRX, and running once a week. Need a good program, preferably one I can do at home.

When I'm bulking I do no cardio, and lift 6 days a week. I eat about 3-3.5k cals a day and sleep from 8:30 or 9pm til 6:30am, works fairly well. When I'm not bulking, I do two light lifting sessions a day, 4 days a week. Run 3 miles 3 days out of the week, and erg(rowing machine) sprints 3 or so days a week(10x 100meter, 45s rests). Eating during non bulking is normally 2.7k or so cals. Unfortunately this isn't really "doable" from home, just posting what I basically do.
