Yeah alright. But still, using your l-system knowledge to generate plants and trees and other fauna in real time would be pretty damn useful. Especially if you commit it to an existing code base.
Also, did you write any shaders yourself, and/or do you know what goes on behind the rendering process for occulsion and other effects?

Unfortunately no. Baby steps aviar, baby steps. While I didn't do the shaders from scratch, I did look up how they all work and stuff like that. And I've played with the different parameters of them to get the look I want. |
