Me and my dad were in the rental car, and the brakes wouldn't work... We opened had the wind shield off for the moment to get it fixed, and shouldn't have done that. Well, it saved our lives...

We flung out the windshield and landed in someones guarden, full of bushes.

Never fucking settle when it comes to car crashes, if you sue, you'll win, you were the one hit. You can get so much more than 10 grand, my stepdad SETTLED at 80grand when he was hit, if he were to sue he could have gotten a lot fucking more, and your dad is accepting 10? Blasphemy
