This is not to blame of your pc. I can assure you, ms does not need that good of a pc to run. In zakum, it could use some good vram as the amount of people using skills at once is some hard shit to keep up with, but none the less, you should not be having this much issues.
Its gotta be the connection between you and ms.

Depends on what version of the game. The client caches the wz files to RAM - newer the version = more is cached. And no, you can't run it on the worst pcs with the littlest ram, eg running it on a P4, it lags like hell - or even on my Sempron in high-activity areas. | I have a P4 3GHz with 1 GB RAM and I have over 100 fps on all maps..

I have played ms on a P4 3.2ghz, 1gb ram, and a geforce 7200LE. Its 100% ms fault.

that was before .60 patches rite? | I bet i could run ms perfect on my dads old pc right now. They add maps, they don't make it run harder on requirments. The only game so far they did this to is CA, which they forced TnL HW.
