I took a different style of shading and IMO it looks alot better.

Nose and mouth do not fit style, other parts of anatomy are not symmetrical. Even if accounting for angle. Work on the chest. Nice shading though. Also, wrists to thick for hands.

Look at others. You could also get rid of them completely. But since your going for a certain look, follow others.

Redo face and hands and its pretty good.

a good technique to avoid drawing hands (( because its very hard )) is to make her put her hands behind in a cute looking pose .

Disregarding that, you've improved quite a bit. My other concerns have already been voiced by previous users, but I couldn't help commenting on the hands. :<
