@avgazn: i was simply stating to rsx that meat & protein supplements are pretty much the same, the only difference is that the latter is an extract

vegetables and fruits also contain protein, but some vegans use pills because there is just not enough nutrients.

Also protien from vegs doesn't have all 20 essintal ammo acids.

natural = you create it

not, you force it to happen by taking a medicine or "supplement"

Protien is something found naturally in the food you eat, and the three amino acids in creatine are all found naturally in seafood and some meats. It's not any more unnatural to take one of those supplements than it is to eat food containing those naturally.

I'm like 5'7 weighing in at 154. Umm I tried maxing out today with 45's only could do one rep lol.
