The GHz that they use is not at the 1024MHz=1GHz?
Thought it was, oh well, learned something new then.
And true the GHz does not equal speed, but it is a good way to approximate how CPU's compare against one another. (Well, apples to apples that is...) |

He didn't mean 1024mhz doesn't equal 1Ghz...he just meant that Ghz (as in the actual 'clock speed') isn't a good performance indicator.
It sort of was way back when, but thats all changed now. |
