I wanted to leave my comp over night so i Turned off the monitor. Few mins later i wanted to check something and turned the monitor on and it restarted.
I tried that again and my comp automaticly restarts when i click the ON button on monitor. Seems to be working normally when monit is Off. How to fix that?

Everythign works fine w/o it too so im wondering whats that for cuz i changed my card and recconected the cable, b4 i didint use it. Maybe thats what causing that.

Edit: I tried w/ and w/o the cable, still restarts the comp. Any help?

Maybe it's electrical.
Are your computer and monitor well grounded?
If not, turning your monitor on might cause a little fluctuation causeing a brown out for your pc which makes it restart.

Try unlatching the monitor cable from your computer and try turning it on and off. If the PC remains unaffected, then it's not the power.
