my problem is that whenever i try to insert a blanc cd to write like lets say.. a file, my CD rom doesnt detect it 
can anyone help?

Hmm, fault CD drive i guess. I suggest removing your CD drive and replace it with a brand new one. You can get a kickass one at http://www.newegg.com/ for around 25USD.

so ur saying theres no solution?
lets see if these helps: i inserted my civilization 4 cd and it worked perfectly, i take the game cd out and put a blanc one just to put a wow pserver guide and the file to make it but it never detected the blanc cd.
(its not an example, its true.)

I'd say just buy a DVD Burner from Newegg, I don't think that your drive is even capable of burning files.

You couldn't delete system32 unless you were using something like a live CD.
