| If I wake up early once (say a school day) I keep waking up at that time. It takes me about a few days to get back to a normal, healthy sleeping habit. How can I fix this. |

you can't fix this, everyone has it. You get used to your own time, like say I keep going to sleep on the weekend at 2 AM, and I wake up at like 12 PM, when it hits Sunday and I have school tomorrow, I try to go to sleep at 11 or 12, but I can't, because I'm used to going to sleep at 2 AM, you see?
It's complicated, but you really can't fix it unless you get used to it. |

Thats what it is usually like, but if you put some salt on your tongue and let it dissolve while you go to sleep, you will go to sleep faster. |

Probobly just to keep your mind on the salt instead of your life, etc.
Might work, wont try cause I would swallow the salt rather than let it dissolve.
Someone go try >_> _________________

Never heard of that salt-method .. But according to This Article from google it sounds like it should work.. Could be worth a try if you really have a hard time sleeping.
I just don't think it's the most comfy way to fall asleep but .. Better than no sleep :) Someone have a go and confirm? :D |

Just woke up.. lol
I get used to schedules really fast now because i've changed country several times (France => America (1 month), America => France, France => America (8months), America => France).
Now i can go to sleep all the week at 4 am and when sunday come i can go at 11pm.
I think you really just have to get used to it.
Try to take a shower before you go to sleep, it might help too.
And shake your bed sheets. |

i wouldn't worry about having 'normal' sleeping patterns or not. as long as it doesn't interfere with how you are during the day, it's nothing to worry about.
in a typical week for me, i will sleep 4/7 nights and only 2-3 hours on those days but it doesn't affect me during the day since somehow i don't get tired. i simply have a lot more spare time on my hands. 'normal' is way overrated, i outperform the majority of people i know who have 'normal' sleep patterns |

1. Exercising makes you tired, but happy - Which can result in sleep-difficulties * But worth a try
2. By eating just before you go to sleep, you'll usually gain weight. You don't use any energy while sleeping (not much atleast) so you'll get fat D: |

| I've actually heard exercising will energize your body so you won't be able to sleep. |

In an article it said salt negatively charges the nerves which causes you to fall asleep faster. |
