Cheat Engine

ok i downloaded CE v5.3 and it opened first time no problem. then i opened the game i wanted to hack and it came up and said that CE was on the computer and i should get rid of it or get banned ( game was WoW ) so i went and tried to uninstall it but it said that some files were still there, to remove the manually. so i went to try and delete them but it said that i didnt have the permissions to do that and that i need to turn of parent privliges or something. well i ended up wanting to re-install the program so i went to do that and when i did i got an error:

CreateFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

followed by:

Setup was not completed
please correct the problem and run setup again.

then when i went to program files and tried clicking on Cheat Editor it said access denied and wouldnt let me in.

can some one please help me with this so i can get CE up and running again. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.
