I am brand new at this and I just saw a vid witha person changing 15 gp into 1.8B

I need help getting something called a 'cheat engine' that he mentioned and I'm not sure at all how.

Anyone help?

if thats runescape then it was just cs (client sided) meaning he was just seeing it, and it wasnt real.

have you tried www.cheatengine.org? i hear they have this elusive 'cheat engine'
