you can't set the zeroflag in AA. there is no instruction just to set it. however there is something to set carry flag. STC will set carry flag.

you can always push eax first, xor then pop eax, the flag will be set and eax will contain the right value again..

you can also use sub and dec to set the flag if those can be used to decrease something handy at the same time
