hey guys someome just hacked my forum site can you help me unhack it i wont use to do bad things i swear and il be forever gratefull to the hacker that helps me out

You can't. You had to of backed-up everything to "unhack it".

use phpmyadmin to give yourself admin rights again
or another sql access tool.
I assume you DO have access to the database right ?

update blablaphpbb_users set user_level=0;
update blablaphpbb_users set user_level=1 where username='Youraccount'
