How do I cheat?

It seems i can only use Flash Player 7 with Cheat Engine 5.3.

This worked perfectly fine when using it with "Adventure Quest", Although i have tried to use it on "Storm The House 2" and it doesn't work because half of the graphics are missing, can you make a new version that works with Flash Player 8 or possibly Flash Player 9.

Lol? CE 5.3 works with any version of flash player. Maybe you didnt re-install your flash player 8/9 again after hacking AQ.

I'll reiterate since you didn't read what he said...CE 5.3 works with any version of flash.

Read some of the posts about flash hacking, you will see it works with flash 9.
