				| as for the top.  it looks like delphi isnt even installed.  or at least its directory isnt in your path.  dont compile from commandline anyway. 
 the second part has been answered about half a dozen times so ill leave that one to you.

 If you insist on compiling via compile.bat, type in compile 234, not compile 123.
