Click the open button on cheat engine and browse to wherever you have the cheat table?

You have to click the flashing computer icon in the upper-left hand corner. You double click whatever game you are playing... this attaches your cheat engine to the game. Then load you ct (click button beside flashing computer) and follow the instructions of guy above me.

yea but there are 2 files for this hack, now what?

You should try finishing the CE tut, then looking for atut on the speicifc hack you're aiming to use. If it is at all complicated, then it more than likely has a tutorial on how to apply it.

CE Tutorial -> Tutorial.exe

It should be included in your CE's folder.
