How do I cheat?

Well.. ive found the adress ect for the swords and sandals skill points, but when i change the value to 100, it comes up with a problem on my internet and closes it.
Can anyone suggest if im doing something wrong?
I use Exact Value, and add 1 point each time to a skill.. then i find which adress the Skill Point is.

well i have taken evrything to 999 without problems...

Well, I think Swords and Sandals use the value in the adress / 8 as the real value (could be wrong though) thus 100 would give a false amount of skill points (100/8= 12.5 which isn't a Integer number, thus crashing you). Change it to 104 or 96 and you'll be fine I guess.
