Hi,
Since you're on ARM/macOS, this could be related to the debugger implementation rather than the address itself. “Find out what accesses this address” has to attach debugging/breakpoint machinery to the target process, so the fact that it works initially and then crashes after repeated use sounds like something worth reproducing with a minimal test.
I would first try the latest Cheat Engine build, restart both CE and the target between tests, and check whether “Find out what writes to this address” behaves the same way.
Also, try reproducing it on a simple ARM application that you own/control rather than Roblox. If it crashes there too, post your macOS version, Mac/CPU model, CE version and the crash report. That should make it much easier to determine whether this is an ARM/macOS debugger bug.
If it only happens with Roblox, then the crash may be specific to how that process behaves when being debugged rather than a general CE issue.
