When comparing two cetrace files via Tracer → "File" → "Open trace for comparison", the register values displayed for the second cetrace file (Window2.cetrace) are incorrect.
The two cetrace‑files are attached. Mr. Dark‑Byte, please investigate this issue.

Dark‑Byte, have you found what is causing this bug? Or could it be that you cannot access either of the two cetrace‑file download links? Here is an additional download link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/4x5gl5sc1rprpfp/Window1.cetrace+Window2.cetrace.rar/file
Also, since binary files cannot be uploaded directly to the forum, are there any other options other than sharing file‑hosting links?

I’m really happy to have found a real bug for CE and help it get better. It’s an honor for me. I’ve made several posts lately, in which my tone might sound harsh to native English speakers.
