A breakpoint on CreateWindowExW in the DBVM‑level debugger breaks on all threads calling the API. However, in the kernelmode debugger, the same breakpoint only triggers for the initial thread that hits it.

apply a copy on write before setting the breakpoint so it only breaks on the target process
