That's correct. Cheats / hacks for specific games aren't distributed here anymore. Use a third party site:
https://forum.cheatengine.org/thirdparty.php

Other sites might have rules regarding what types of files are allowed. e.g. cheat tables are likely fine, but executables or dlls might not be.
