How do I cheat?

So I was able to find the values to change for various paramters within my game but as soon as I restart the game I have to start all over.

I was wondering can cheatengine create a generic trainer that automatically finds the right values?

or: look at any/most tables and see how these gents do it...

tip: if you do not have the inclination nor ambition to actually start digging into this stuff, use a pointerscan then
(~ plenty of tuts around on how to do that)
