Assuming this is a variable using Hungarian notation:
lbl would mean label
Min would mean minimum.
I.e. a label that contains either a minimum value or the string "minimum value".

dude the amount of threads you are posting just constantly asking what the meaning of something is...
im gonna be completely honest, if you don't understand english that well, it's probably better not to do translation work... or at least to google and learn before spamming the forum with threads

I would search something by google, MS learn and WIKI before I ask.
Not all strings have results.
I ask someones (some of them are developers) who understand english well, they also think some strings can't be understand easily indeed.
Please disregard them if you think my threads bother you.
