I am trying to prevent death when going into walls, to the outside of map. There should be a comparison check. I want to be able to alive in the outside of the map. But couldnt figure out how to get that if check.
Example image shown below. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can try to see what is accessing your health address in order to narrow in on any instruction that might be initializing the death sequence (and then NOP them).

Alternatively, you can use ultimap.

If you can use ultimap, then this is what I would recommend. There is also ultimap2 and code filter.

But is this inside an emulator ?

If you are running an emulator, you can also check to see if there are any built-in cheats for this particular rom file.
