Is VEH debugger and windows debugger something default for the system or do I need to install them externally?

How can I check if they're installed correctly? The issue is debugger never even opens at all, on any process.

This still does not work whatsoever, I am still unable to open the debugger on any task. Cannot open debugger on anything in cheat engine. Nothing happens at all when I try to see what happens when an address reads/writes to something.

i can only suggest reinstalling windows as one of the most basic functions of your system is broken

and if that even fails replace the CPU and/or mainboard

I can open windbg, I meant Cheat Engine is unable to open debugger.

Cheat engine uses windbg, yes? I don't know how to test VEH
