How do I cheat?

Hi,
I wanted to install cheat engine after a while but windows defender tells me the app could be dangerous to my computer. Why does it say that? Is there anything I should know? I was also informed, the malicious app is called PUA:Win32/OfferCore.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Because Cheat Engine can be used to manipulate games. Windows Defender thinks it is malicious but it isn't. The advertising included during the setup is a potentially unwanted program and by no means is it mandatory. You have the option to avoid installing it.
