It's html5/javascript; forego CE, look at the source code under idle-idle-gamedev/js/app.js (a little obfuscated, but not bad), and change what you want using the browser's console and debugging facilities.

I've taken a look but I'm confused at how to read it enough to put together a command out of it anyone willing to help walk me through it?
