Cheat Engine on android tablet (non-rooted)

I installed a non-rooted CE on my tablet, however when I went to install, it opened another window in which there two choices
1. Connect to remote server, I assume this is a CE server
2. Launch ceserver and connect locally (requires root), this wasn't my choice as it is non rooted.

So the first selection has an IP address and I don't know the IP address, can anyone provide it for me?

Ok how does one go about rooting the device? Then how does one connect to ceserver?
I would assume that the IP would be the device, correct?
