How do I cheat?

Hello,

I have recently started learning to use cheat engine. I am able to get player health, mana, exp, etc... I also found what appears to be player coordinates, but changing the values does not move my character. I want to find npc coordinates next, but nothing I find seems to be correct. I've tried to locate the entity list. I've tried pointer scans and manually drilling down, but I am having no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
