I have been doing some hacking on an older game called Twisted Metal 2. I've managed to find several values for loading cars into the level, special weapons, health, etc. But I am having issue finding a timed value.

There is a special move called AA (Advanced attacks). With the AA moves there is a move in which you can pull up a shield with any car.

What the community would like to do is shorten this value from 8 seconds down to 3. I am having trouble locating this so I can find the address location so I can patch the .exe with hex to make a permeant change.

In the communities eyes this would make it more balanced for competitive play.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
