I’ve looked into every search that has came up when googling my issue and tried everything I’ve came across with no result. Here’s my problem:

No home internet so I downloaded the 7.1 .exe install file for windows (10btw) on my iPhone and moved it to pc. Have been doing this for a while so I know there’s no issue there with corruption during transfe; also have re-downloaded the file just to be sure. This pc is a relatively new build, there’s no bad lion anti cheat, and no AV besides windows defender, but disabling still doesn’t allow me to install CE. When I double click the exe there’s the spinning “working” icon, then nothing. No window, no error, nothing at all. I’ve even went into the windows defender settings and added the .exe install file to the “exceptions” list and still no effect. This is pretty frustrating. I know there’s a non installable download available, but I need version 7 or newer for the cheat table I want to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated
