Cheat Engine

I have decided to have fun with this game, but my knowledge with hacking is only up until increasing money, forcing car tiers in gacha and removing the wanted level in this game, I was wondering if:

1.) you could find the car value? (would like to experiment if there are other non-playable but playable cars using hacking in the game)

2.) changing velocity value (if so, how can I find it? dont know if it is float or 4byte etc)

3.) move through walls hack, as well as surf effect on water (if so, how?)

the game is simple so I think it is nice to do crazy things about it. This is more of exploring how to hack deeper stuff aside from currency and simple stuffs, I think it would help me grasp how cheating really works, as well as apply it to other games >wo would really love to get help from all of you!
