Hello everyone, how are you? I am new here. ^^

Although, as the title says, I need your help!

I know most things about cheat engine, pointers, a or b, finding functions etc.

I have a doubt!

> Why online game does not scan the true results?

Example: Counter strike 1.6 enter any normal server and try to find the value of the bullets
They find a static value but do not work.

> Why is this and why?

Because online games often handle/store the data for critical information like ammo, health, etc. on the server. Clients are just given the data to be shown as a visual value, not as an editable trusted bit of information. But it overall depends on the game.

Keep in mind though, we do not allow online/multiplayer hacking on this site.
