How can I debug by pressing F5 in the game?

Can I press F5 in the game, can the Chent engine be able to set a breakpoint? What should I do? help me?

No. F5 is a hotkey in CE.
It does nothing in the game.

Attach debugger and break whereever you need to then go step by step in CE.

The only hotkey you can assign is Debug->Run; there are not hotkeys for the rest.
You have to ALT+TAB back to CE to debug.
But let me ask you this: why on earth would you not want to see the instructions and registers while you are debugging (when the game is on top)?
