I have address that it is the name of an item, for every item I need I have diffrence address. for example:

1865A808 - Item 1
18661DD8 - Item 2
18659EF8 - Item 3


and when the item drop I see that when I open the debug windows of what access this address I get the same address that accsess for all the items' names.
but what it that I do not understand is where I see in the addresss that address every items name is which item is it access every item?

If I have not misunderstood your request I think EBX is a pointer to an attribute of the object you are looking for.
If it does not point directly to the attribute you are interested in (but given the code I think it is already so) you can disassemble the structure.
