Cheat Engine

When I scan with a "Pointer Scan to this address" I always get 0. Checked the same way with hundreds of other addresses and applications.
I am sure that I find the address correctly, because on another device with windows 7 works fine. Reinstalled windows and it still doesn't work. Please, help me.

make sure the path to where you store the pointerfiles does not have any non-ascii characters

e,g try saving your pointers to c:\ptr instead
