How do I cheat?

Trying to create ultra-wide fix for multiple games.

Things i have tried:

*Searching for window size, then Dissect data structure of that base address

*Unchanged value searches of float/double while changing from 4:3 to 16:9 resolutions

*Changing values of floats with value of 1.6 to 1.8


One of the games im trying to fix does not let you change of resolution/settings in game so what value could i search for that would be in the same structure as the aspect ratio?

any tutorials on this subject?, tried searching with no luck
