What are the steps to reproduce it?
Could you recreate this bug after using (exit CE first) ceregreset.exe tool inside CE folder?

it randomly happen at launch, so its not always.

its caused by bad painting.

on windows 7 ultimate, windows seems to automatically adjust the dpi depending on the monitor.

previous monitor .. had a dpi of 120, and resolution 1366x768 and it happened many times. (i think it was sony smart)
EDIT: sorry it was higher than 1366x768 i think it was 1600x1024 or x900)

current monitor (again windows automatically sets the dpi) 96, and resolution 1024x768 and so far never happened.



p.s. i know cheap monitors .... my old monitor was plasma. (and got rid of it almost two years ago)

this happen to me aswell, windows 7 ultimate, dpi 96. try change language stay same.

reopen old 6.8.3 has no problem
