Howdy!
Since game came out i started playing it. But its so big and immersive i never finished it =) So each year im trying to play it from start and each year i have the same problem with cheatengine's speedhack.
If i use speedhack in this game it kills radio chatter after some time. And radio is major part of game. Quest objetives, enemy chatter, easter eggs. A lot of stuff on the radio.
Sometimes you just need to press speedhack for split second, sometimes game can endure it for few minutes. But in the end you can only hear pressings of radio button "Kchk" but no voice. Even more, voice not just simply muted. It completely skipping. You can hear two "kchk"s meaning start and stop of radio transmission.
Maybe someone already have solution for this?

It depends on what you're using speedhack for. But basically it desyncs the audio and the game stops playing it. There are a number of effects that lose sound as well.

But if that's not what you need, then you'd have to hack the timer you need to manipulate then filter out the audio timers.

it's how the game deals with situations where the system isn't fast enough.
it likely checks how long it takes to play audio, and if it takes longer than two times the normal speed (hardware plays at *1 speed but clock at *2+) it may choose to just shut that off

No, it just means that the game detected that your audio was played in slowmotion so it disabled that audio as to not make it sound horrible (rather nothing than in stuttering/slow motion)

it's a gamedesign thing. Not many games do that
