How do I cheat?

i have downloaded cheat engine before and it worked fine but i have not used it for a while after that, but now it does not launch

i have already tried disabling my av, reinstalling, restarting my computer, and i have not launched it while in a game

i have also looked up this issue before and i have tried all the fixes, but none work (this includes renaming the ce exe)

ive also cleared the r egistry so i dont know whats going on

please help!!
