When we attach to another process with some Auto-Assembly entries enabled, CE asks this question. Is there any sense to reply "No" here (I cannot see any - it crashes when one tries reenabling them after saying no)? If my doubts are correct, then perhaps CE should offer to reenable these entries on attaching to process. Or left them in "activated" state for user to manually disable them and enable - like it does when replying "No", but without a crash.
Why am I raising this question? Well, because I tend to have tens of small cheats but use only some of them. And choosing them every time I restart a game is a bit of pain.
Right-click in the bottom area of the cheat table and select Create Header
Drag and drop all of your common scripts underneath that new header
Right-click the new header and select Group config > Activating this entry activates its children
