Should file a countersuit regarding the ddos and subsequent legal threat if they keep pushing you. They seem to be far to coincidental not to be directly linked.
OFC as many have said, verifying the validity of this legal threat should be a priority. ESA can't be that blindingly stupid to file a legal threat when a DDoS occurred. Seems WAY too unusual. They'd be open to the above alluded to countersuit.
EDIT: Also, I think ESA would be FAR more interested in going after someone falsely impersonating them if this is found to be a fraud/hoax, especially if the fraud is doing DDoS...

Regarding value-storage, it's by design, as the game is mainly multi, so sometimes certain breaches in single cannot be easily allowed if we want to keep the multi safe and fair (but again, no bans on single cheat only.) |
I don't understand why a game is advertised as single player when it has online components. Same deal with Ghost Recon Wildlands, looks like you can't disable EAC in it or have to use some magic command ( makes me think the -eac command in watch dogs 2 was for devs only discovered by accident by public and now changed).
What i don't understand is why would Ubisoft hate offline cheating so much when their own team/dev or whatever your position there is looking for Rimworld cheats, what if Rimworld added EAC for offline with no way to disable it.
I am going to see if i can guess the command for disabling EAC and if i fail, ask for a refund immediately. We should start boycotting Ubisoft games, maybe that will make them appreciate its users.

This is the smartest thing I have read in this thread so far.
Ubishit hasn't seen a single cent of my money ever since asscreed2, which was the first game to ever use the garbage called uplay.
This will not change. They can go bankrupt and close for all I care and I see it as 'nothing of value was lost, ever'.

Unlike many sheeple, Blizzard hasn't seen a red cent from me either since... D2.
I may be a rare breed but I actually do stick to my boycotts. The fact Blizz hasn't made a single OFFLINE SINGLE PLAYER game in ages simply makes it easier.

I don't understand why would rimworld itself will add in anti cheat software when the game is solely single player, and to be honest, I don't really need much of cheat engine at all on rimworld because we have access to certain mods that are available and we have access to the devmode. Those are actually more power then cheat engine right now.
to be fair, I've only hear of Easy Cheat from only 4 games now.... 7 Days to Die, Watchdogs 2, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and Empyrion: Galactic Survival. So far both 7 Days to Die and Empyrion: Galactic Survival actually have the option to turn it off, but you miss out on joining official servers, which is completely fine to be honest, but Watch Dogs 2 EAC protection didn't have that option until they made a command line available to disable it, and now Ghost Recon: Wildlands have EAC with no way to turn it off (until now that CH found a method but I take it as a grain of salt till we all found out how).

I don't think they'll EAC rimworld. It's the big money titles they "protect" with that junk. Maybe they believe it helps with piracy?
Besides, rimworld is such a cheap ripoff of a game. I kind of hope they do screw it up and drive more people to dwarf fortress.

I don't think it's a rip off, yes it may use the same graphics like prison architect, and has some aspect like dwarf fortress.... but it has it's own kind of thing, and I do kinda like the game and the massive mod support for it.
Also think about it, if this was really ripped off... why havn't prison architect sued ludeon studios for plagerism? it's been 4-5 years since these two games been worked on... how odd is that they haven't done anything against each other?

I was making a point. Why are you guys getting off point and discussing rimworld anticheats ? I have no clue what rimworld game is, da fuck do i know if its getting eac implemented.
The ubisoft dev was looking for rimworld cheats, i want to make cheats for ghost recon but has eac, i got mad and ask ubisoft dev how would he feel if rimworld had eac with no way to disable. If he was looking for pinball cheats, i would be mentioning pinball to make my point - YES pinball getting eac is pointless but the game doesn't matter, get it??.
@darkedone02 You need to work on your reading and reasoning skills, its like you take shit too literally and don't understand the overall meaning even though i don't understand how you could confuse this if you took it literally too.

Not gonna say anything about zis situation, except that I don't understand why are you scared of a bunch of people...
such radical actions(deleting all threads with cheat tables) aren't the way to solve the problem.
I am for one to play fair online, but I used and always will use cheat engine in the single player.
Since there are no cheat tables left I'll have to ask anyone(anonymously) to PM me, if they can help me with cheat tables in any way.
Good Luck solving the problem and I do hope that you Dark Byte, will come back to your senses and return the cheat tables back on this site - at least for single player games titles.
