| Up to you. I did not get a SSD for CE, and since I did not want those temporary files getting written to my SSD, I have that directory set to a disk drive. If you are concerned about CE scan speeds, then you will probably want your temporary files to be stored on your SSD.

hmm I see, I will test and see what are the best results for me, ill just mess around with it
I have one question:
since im going iwth external ssd does it matter if I plug it out at some point if my cheat engine is installed there? I mean assuming i did, ce simply wont work right ?

I would assume, that, as long as you are using the same drive letter each time (you re-plug the drive), then it should not matter. You may have issues with permissions and need to sort those out, accordingly, but that should be a one-time thing.
There is a no-install version of CE that is a standalone and can run off of a flash drive, but I have not checked to see if a newer version has been made available or not. You can check the download page.
I believe the install version only writes a few values to registry and maybe a folder for tables, but DB would know for sure.
