It can't be decrypted... It must be taken from game memory since files are encrypted with 128bit aes key which is generated during runtime.
So, pull the files from memory or wait a long time for .big to be decrypted some other way.

What do you mean by "pull the files from memory"? |
I mean that files from datax are decrypted when game is run and when it is accessing the files.
So you can pull the plain text (decrypted) from RAM aka GAME memory. Need to find the segment where files are stored and dump that.
I am not saying it is that easy but it is only option because decrypting EASF files is a long shot and will probably take many months to make a decent script to dump all the files.

Hello guys, I did this procedure on Fifa 14 but i have some doubts:
- Is normal to show some skills over the level 100???
- You said to delete the accomplishments, but on fifa14 if i do this the game crashes, if i keep the files on directory the game runs fine.
Could u explain what is wrong.

| It worked perfectly in FIFA 14, thank you very much for that, but is there a way to make it compatible with older saves ? Without having to start new career ?
