Is there anyone who knows how to fix this issue?
as i start the game till the loading screen the resolution is perfect but as soon as this screen shows up, it goes in the bottom right corner. its stuck there.

Locate where the rendering resolutions are being applied and adjust them. Hard to say what to specifically look for since I don't know what rendering engine the game uses. But just looks like the back buffer size is not being set properly and is throwing off how it should render.

Reinstall, clear registry, delete and/or edit game config file, find a new copy/source/crack, refer to source link and inquire there, run on a different computer/OS/resolution/display/theme/compatibility mode, run in full screen mode, update display drivers and check for video card compatibility, run in a virtual environment, buy the game, et al...

All things you might consider trying before diving in to something that you seem to know little about.
